Hand and wrist conditions:

When symptoms are persistent despite conservative treatment and surgery is under consideration.

Carpal tunnel syndrome, Trigger Finger and Trigger Thumb are often treated under local anaesthetic as a day case.
Dupuytren's Contracture, Ganglion and other Hand and Wrist Swellings usually would require open surgery.
